Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days at normal production times. When experiencing high volume this will change to 6 days. It is important to note that once we deliver the package to the postal service we cannot control the delivery times from there on.

We will let you know via our social media if any changes occur. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimate

Shipping rates to Puerto Rico and USA will depend on weight, size and the US Postale services fees.

 Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After an order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with tracking info.

Damages

Islajamas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim and see how we can help. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
